Let’s face it, no matter how hard we try, some days the last thing we want to do is workout. A great way to counteract a bad mood is to be smart about you. You already have your phone with you or near you most of the day so use it to keep you going. Follow these accounts and heck, you could even do the exact same workout to keep things simple.

I try to get that done in a minute and a half to two minutes and then I’ll repeat. ”
